Calories needed for weight loss
I was just wondering how many calories are needed for a person of my size ( 5'7" 145 lbs ) to lose more weight. I already posted in another forum about my exercise habits. I am a person that I guess you could say is NEVER happy with the way they look. I am about 40 lbs lighted then when I graduated high school 2 years ago and 4 sizes smaller, but am still not happy. When I don't exercise I feel like I am getting FATTER by the second. I need a healthy diet to keep me feeling full and still lose weight. My problem is I don't eat enough during the day and pig out at midnight. So far today I had a bowl of frosted mini chex ( about 2-3 servings) + milk ( 1 serving ) and for lunch I had 3 chicken fingers. I hate dieting because I like the eat the things that I like... not diet food. I hate measuring stuff too. I just feel that I am depriving myself. I just wish I could be one of those NATURALLY thin girls who eat what ever they want. But sadly, I am not :'(
