Unhappy Self control over junk food

I need a little advice in how to control myself when eating junk food. I am the only person I know that eats the way that I do, besides the obese people that I know that eat like me. I can't just have one or 2 cookies... I have to have 10... and make myself sick.

I really love baking and would like to pursue a career as a pastry chef... but I am going to make myself obese! I only weigh 144 lbs now and exercise well... but can anyone give me tips to how to eat better.

Here is my typical week... saying to myself that I am going to start my diet (healthy eating diet) and lose the few pounds and get real fit... but a week later I blow it because something comes up and someone wants me to bake something and I end up eating tons of it. What can I do to stop this? It really makes me feel bad about myself. I am recovering from an eating disorder and know that eating healthier will help with recovering too but I ruin it for myself... I need something, somehow to make myself feel disgusted and grossed out by junk food... like their are gross things in junk food... but there probably aren't. Anyway to change my ways???

This is a tough one...but i think that you can definately find a way to make this problem go away.Try starting off with buying tons of healthy foods like fruits and veggies, lean meats, etc...so that if you are going to binge on unhealthy food you have to at least bake it and it won't be right in front of you to eat. Also, when you go on these baking binges, maybe invite friends over to eat the food with you or give them to people as gifts. You know that if there are other people watching you you are likely to eat way less than you would in private, and before they leave give them the leftovers. You could also try baking smaller portions of sweets. Good luck and I hope my advice helps!

Try eating lots of fruit in stead of junk food. It's so much better... it makes you feel better in the day and its really refreshing and juicy. I personally like berries the best.

You could try that "Fit for Life" cookie. If you eat 1 or 2 with water you won't want to eat as much junk food.
