Question About protein shakes and/or Whey supplements etc

Good Evening everyone, I hope you're all well!

I've been going through this site looking up previous posts that involve protein shakes or whey supplements. I've also been ploughing the web trying to find UK websites that offer samples of said product but findings are slim to none. You can imagine that my main reason for this is that I don’t want to fork out £30 (~$55) for something that tastes (and smells) rough!!
<cue advert voice>
" That’s until I heard about "Whey Gourmet". When my pal said it tastes like a $5 shake I didn’t believe him... "
I still don’t! Ha ha. He's on chocolate and loves it though.

There does seem to be an increasing trend in the office of various protein shakes being swilled and I'm guessing they're working cos the guys are getting bigger. Inspired by these people & my mate for muscle gain I'm now wanting to try these drinks out.

I know a decent body isn’t produced by these drinks alone, I know they require a rigorous regime to work with the surge of protein , otherwise you just get fat (?)

Again, one of my lovely background posts leading to the point which is...

1) Whats the difference between whey and protein shake?
2) Can anyone recommend a decent protein shake that tastes nice & works
3) Does anyone know any suppliers that offer sample packs (free or otherwise) to the UK?

Thanks in advance,

LukeUK

which says;

Its a controlled drug so its all nice and legal. I imagine the above risks are if you hammer it and do it for too long. My understanding of a supplement is that its for short term only, as a "stop-gap" a "workaround" if you will.

For more details speak to your dietitian or local pharmacy.

Default Cortislim

Cortislim (Corti-Slim) is one of the newer aggressively marketed natural diet pill that works with your body’s metabolism to control cortisol levels within a healthy range and help you lose weight. By modulating cortisol levels, CortiSlim reduces one of the primary physiological signals for weight gain. In addition to helping to control cortisol levels, CortiSlim includes special ingredients to help balance blood-sugar (to reduce cravings), and maximize metabolism (to boost energy expenditure and fat-burning). Cortislim not only increases your metabolism, it provides a combination of herbals that helps you control stress levels and remain balanced and calm.
