Bananas are good....but you simply do NOT need that many! One a day is plenty...and remember....Your body ONLY needs 2-3 fruits a day...that's it!!!
Juice counts! Bananas are a great source of Potassium and also Vit B6.....One of the best foods to eat after a workout is a banana! CheryL : )

White rice has Zero Nutrition....I'm not a HUGE fan of pasta either....unless you want to Bulk up or run a marathon. The best rice to eat is Brown Rice; it is loaded with Fiber and also contains magnesium and selenium. You only need about 1 cup.
