Default banana

Is banana good for you body anyone know? like i know its good.. but is too much good??

I eat about 3-4 a day, and i'm not sure if it's good..

Bananas are good....but you simply do NOT need that many! One a day is plenty...and remember....Your body ONLY needs 2-3 fruits a day...that's it!!!
Juice counts! Bananas are a great source of Potassium and also Vit B6.....One of the best foods to eat after a workout is a banana!

How about rich?? Me and my family usually have rice for at supper time.

Is rice good for you?? and healthy..

White rice has Zero Nutrition....I'm not a HUGE fan of pasta either....unless you want to Bulk up or run a marathon. The best rice to eat is Brown Rice; it is loaded with Fiber and also contains magnesium and selenium. You only need about 1 cup.

Banana has potassium which is quite essential. Lack of it can cause hangovers. It has over 450mg of potassium per one banana serving and the mg amount is second only to avocado. It also has magnesium, tryptophan (type of amino acid) and vitamin c.

But you need not take 3-4/day. One should be sufficient/day.
