Default 6-Pack Abs

Okay so I've been excercising for about 7 weeks now. I've been focusing on my abdominal muscles and trying to get a 6-pack. I can see a little 4 pack already but what I don't get is why do ppl always say with Diet you can get a 6-pack? That is impossoble right now I am real skinny and I've been cutting down on foods and it's not really working because I eat a little bit but then I'm hungry like 30 minutes later. You can't survive on just vegies and fruits. Excercises are a big part in getting 6-pack abs and so is Diet but Diet alone won't get you those 6-pack abs, they'll just get you skinnier and no muscle. So I wonder why do ppl say Diet is aboyt 75% on the way to get 6-pack abs?

Well, it's true ...ONLY diet can give you a Visible 6 pac....when you see a seasoned body builder with striated abs....it's because he has dieted down for 3 months to get those abs to show....Off season he/she still has them...under a layer of fat...but they can ONLY become THAT striated from diet...and it is a Specific diet that allows them to peak....AND it is Temporary! So, someone like Brad Pitt will diet down before he shoots a movie like "fight club" or before he does a cover for a magazine....PLUS Brad Pitt has amazing Genes also....but when he is not getting ready for a shoot or a cover...he goes back to eating whatever he eats off season...just like a body builder.

If you check on line you can find pics of professional body builders on and off season...there is a significant difference in their definition....by the time of their show they are pretty cranky....b/c they have not had any sodium, sugar, dairy...notta..
they have only had Oatmeal with water, egg whites, boiled chicken, lettuce, protein bars, protein drinks, plain pasta, cans of tuna in water, baked plain potatoes....that's it...VERY boring...and Very temporary.

NOw, if you look at a 8 year old boy's abs.....He has them! LOL ! MOst 8 year old boys are very active , burn every calorie off..and build muscle....so really that 8 year old is only getting abs b/c he is not eating enough ...YET...........that's also temporary....eventually he takes in more calories as he gets older...and usually becomes less active too.............bye bye ABS!

So, In order to get striated abs..............again it's temporary....like 3 months at a time......you need to be doing ab exercises at least 3 days a week....for about 10-15 minutes....and different exercises each time, at different speeds and intensities....You need to lift weights.............do cardio at least 4 hours a week AND eat NO dairy, NO salt, NO fat, No oils, NO sugar, No alcohol ............. so!
I REALLY hope I helped you out!!!

and Remember Genetics plays a HUGE role....some of us have to work a LOT harder than others to receive the results we want!!! Your lower abs are the hardest to peak....and the last to show up....and lower abs are ALL DIET!
