OK WELL I JUST STARTED THESE JUST IN CASE I GET INTO A FIGHT ONE DAY SO I can hold my own. (sorry didnt realise caps were on)
i started very low just to get the hang of it just 5 push ups a night, which is now 20 and 20 sit ups. but I'm looking for something for the biceps ( pushups is mainly for the triceps right?) and for the shoulder muscle and chest. I'm 15, a guy, and dont know what weight i am, but not fat, actually fairly lanky as i'm 6foot i dont have any equipment so only things that i can do with just me. thanks |

I suggest doing a full body work out, you can start jogging in place and after doing sit-ups to tone up your body. And lastly you can do your routine with your push-ups.
