Need help with exercise routine and diet
Hi im 17 years old and a senior in high school... im 5'8" and around 150lbs (it fluctuates). I do hardly any exercise what so ever and have a TERRIBLE diet...most of my food contains chocolate or tons of sugar along with a soda. I find myself very out of shape and want to lose some fat and tone up a little bit. I am relatively thin and would like to have results in at least 2-3 months for when summer comes around and there are pool parties all of the time. It is a little cold to run outside right now and will be for a few weeks. I dont have a treadmill so i may have a difficult time doing cardio exercise for a while. My main goals are to bulk up a very small bit and tone my abs and upper body. So if anyone could suggest a workout routine and a diet i could follow i would really appreciate it, thanks.
