new guy here, in need of help!!
Hi!
I am a 45 year old male, looking to lose about 25 pounds! I weigh about 235 lbs., and am 6'2" tall. I don't have a lot of time to work out, I am currently hitting the gym, and going on the elliptical trainer for about 30-35 min. 4 times a week. I am also trying to replace sugar with a artifical sweetener. Any ideas on how to improve, should I replace aelliptical session, with a weighs session, I can usually hit the gym 4-5 times per week, for about 45 min. Thanks!!
