well i wanted some help gaining muscle, best things to lose weight and get alot stronger. in like the last 3 week's i gained 3/4in on my bicept but i dunno i think its just a weird spike in muscle like i always get. im trying to get my stomach down, arms less flabby and same with my legs. im 6'1 and weigh 220 (used to weigh 265 like 2 months ago) thanks in advanced
