Hello. I really need some help i feel awful about my body and have absolutely zero confidence because of it. I have the worst body shape, large upper body (big boobs chubby arms) and belly fat. No bum whatsoever and thin legs. I hate the way i am, i do need to lose a bit of weight which i'm working on but the weight isn't my issue really it's my shape. I want to have a bum so bad,this is probably the most important one to me and i wanna lose the belly fat and the fat on my arms. I have no idea how to go about this and so i'm just asking for some advice on maybe a weekly routine to work at these parts, and whether it's actually possible to change this cos it's really getting me down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay ! I need a little more information about you ! I can tell you're a female...so ...I have that.....I need your current weight, height, age.....
Also....sounds like you are built kind of like a cone????? This kind of body shape is a challenge...but it's NOT impossible...You need to do a lot of cardio....and muscle strength exercises...you do not need a lot of weight though...simply because you are naturally larger above your waist....If I weighed over 200lbs....guess what? My body shape would be a cone....I have VERY lean legs and small hips and a broader back....I am a cone just like you...I'm just a thin ONE....LOL ! so, It is possible....I'm 5'4 1/2 " ...118lb...BMI is about 21....measurements 36-26-35...I do cardio 6 hours a week, and weight train 2 hours a week....and eat 2200 calories a day.....only 1500 on days I do not work out....so! Give me your height, weight and age...and I can give you better advice...your age will tell me more about your metabolism....and what your needs are...b/c they change every 5 years drastically !!!!! If I had this exercise and diet regimen 10 years ago...I'd weigh 100lbs! LOL !! so things change as you get older....LOL ! fun fun ! Cheryl : )

Hello, thanks for your reply.
I'm not sure exactly how much i weigh but i think it's about 160lbs and i'm only 5"2 so i'm overweight. I'm 18 years old. I've always been big though from being a baby. I also have type 1 diabetes. Thanks |
