Ok Im 15 and Male. Im Around 5ft 8 or 9 and weigh almost 11st (i think thats 155lbs). I Am a little Fat around my stomach and my arms are rather skinny i just want to lose the fat around my stomach and make my arms a bit bigger. I used to have rather a decent diet but lately ive just been eating rubbish. Any advice on how to start what i want to do would be much appreciated

Okay ! First off! You are Young.....and you are still growing...so Please give yourself a break......You are going to continue to grow until age 19....so chances are if you are 5'8" now....you could be 6 feet by the time you are done growing...
Your BMI is at a very healthy range...so I am very happy about that!! : ) If you want to build up your arms....you need to be doing Bicep curls, tricep kick backs, Chest presses, shoulder raises, ( front, side, and rear)...Any FAT you are seeing on your body is due to Lack of muscle and Poor diet....You need to stay away from JUNK....like chips, cookies, soda, ice cream, cake, white flour...YOu should be eating very little sugar....your body does not need it....You need to increase your Protein.....eggs are a great source....Foods I recommend are Oatmeal, brown rice cantaloupe, tomatoes, citrus fruits, sweet potatoes, walnuts, bananas, cashews, avocados, turkey, white chicken, greek yogurt, real peanut butter, salmon, dark chocolate, mangoes, green peppers, broccoli, pinto beans, strawberries, spinach, ......these are basically my power foods....and I highly recommend them . How active are you? do you play sports??? If you are fueling your body with these amazing foods....you need to also be working out cardiovascularly and building lean muscle....... By the time you are 19 , you are going to look completely different....especially if you take care of yourself and don't get on the JUNK food train....of salt and vinegar chips, pizza and ice cream.....Your body WILL reward you if you treat it well. Right now , you are young and have ALL the advantages of getting a head start to a healthy lifestyle....and because you are so young you will see amazing results simply because your body is STILL building muscle and strong bones...
