Unhappy Starting Out

I have a few questions, I currently only managing to eat between the hours of 6 & 10 in the evening. I roughly 2 stone overweight and considering starting some form of cardiovascular excersise.

My main question is do I need to chage my eating pattern?

Why are you only eating 4 hours a day? What is your weight and height..are you male or female?

How old are you?

Default My Two cents

Ya know, eating earlier would be good, but it may be more about what you eat and less about when you eat. Not knowing your diet, I would say to follow the basic rule of purchasing foods not in a can or in a box (Except maybe rice) The trick is to stick to quality, not easy
