I have a few questions, I currently only managing to eat between the hours of 6 & 10 in the evening. I roughly 2 stone overweight and considering starting some form of cardiovascular excersise.
My main question is do I need to chage my eating pattern? |

Ya know, eating earlier would be good, but it may be more about what you eat and less about when you eat. Not knowing your diet, I would say to follow the basic rule of purchasing foods not in a can or in a box (Except maybe rice) The trick is to stick to quality, not easy
