Default AB King Pro

Is the AB King Pro a good machine? I have seen the ads about it and it looks really good.. though I have a read a few reviews and about 60-70% of the reviews for it are bad.. Is this worth buying?

Ya know....I'm not a big fan of Most exercise equipment....ESPECIALLY ab machines and gadgets......the Honest truth is that your ab region is a reflection of your diet....95 % of your ab region is from diet alone....the other 5 % is muscle resistant exercises like crunches and ab work , performed simply on the floor....

Seriously! You would be better off doing an ab workout 3 days a week, for 10 minutes each day......doing ab crunches, double leg touches, reverse abs, bicycles, legs in a stride, scissor kicks, toe touches, etc etc....

But...as I ALWAYS say if this machine is inspiring you to start working out, or improving your life....then I would recommend it for a start....it kind of reminds me of the Ab lounge....which I think is okay....

I have ONLY try out machines in order to instruct other people how to use them...I personally do NOT use them myself ...and I tell everyone THAT!!!
The machine looks pretty stable and safe from what I can see. Let me know how you make out!!!!
