Arrow Working out without equipment

Hi there,

I'm living abroad for this summer, and consequently will be missing out on summer conditioning for high school varsity soccer. This is my last summer before I leave for college, and I really wanted to get into great shape again and add some muscle mass...

Sadly, I won't have access to any exercise equipment where I'm living.

So, I was wondering if you had any exercises or routines that I could use to add any muscle mass or gain any strength (biceps, triceps, abs and pecs, if possible ). You know, looking like a gym regular without visiting the gym regularly? I'm fairly desperate!

Maybe it's not even possible to add muscle mass without equipment, I don't really know! But thanks either way for your help!

Soccer players tend to have a lot of lean muscle mass....and not much bulk.
so, I guess I need to know why you want more muscle mass??? Are you underweight?? Tell me your height, weight and age now and what you would like to accomplish.

OH and you are correct in thinking that you can NOT build a lot muscle unless you are lifting weights . If you can visualize the physique of a male ballet dancer or a breakdancer...they are very lean and cut....and they achieve their muscle definition from dance moves like "lifts" "hand stands" " baby freezes" "floor seated lifts" etc etc

Okay..so I hope to hear from ya ! Oh Rock climbing is another way to increase your strength and definition without increasing bulk and adding a lot of mass.
