Smile Anns Square pants

Hi again, Can someone give me some spot specific exercises , that would help me lose these square pants ? I'm 5.9 145 , work out every other day , do plenty of cardio, and I can't seem to change the shape of my bottom ! it's square, and my sister has made fun of it for years . I would like to shut her up, so any help you could send my way would be appreciated! I would like to develop a more fem. well rounded look . Also would more training on my inner, and outer thighes help change the look of my glutes ! Thanks again, Ann

hello again!
You should be training all parts of your legs anyway....You should be doing squats, hamstring curls, leg extensions, abductor, adductor, (outer and inner thigh) calves, and glutes (bottom)

The Absolute BEST machine in my opinion for glutes is the butt blaster....also works hamstrings...but I think this one is the BEST...most effective! The machine looks like this

Oh and your BMI is in a good range....I wouldn't suggest you lose anymore than 5lbs. It sounds like to me you simply need to be doing muscle strength exercises and /or lifting weights 2-3 days a week. What are you doing for muscle training right now?
Hope to hear from you
