Okay! You are definitely on the thin side...and most likely it is due to your genetics....BUT you can change your genetic make-up slightly with diet and exercise.....So! Your diet sounds great....the only elements missing in order to gain a substantial amount of weight are Pasta, Pasta, more pasta, Rice, Oatmeal, Protein bars, protein shakes, bananas...............you will most definitely increase in Size..

Now, I would recommend you do some muscle exercises. Weigh your back pack...it should not be TOO heavy.....I would start with 45-50lbs....and start doing squats, over head presses, bicep curls....you can also do pushups with some weight on your back also....

Eventually though you ARE going to need to go to the gym....these recommendations are only going to take you so far....and you'll need more of a challenge...This is a Great start though...

Now, according to the BMI chart you should weigh around 145lbs or so....You could even weigh 150lbs and still be within healthy guidelines...

Stay away from JUNK................and high sugar. Try and eat only healthy proteins and carbs for fuel....like what I mentioned earlier...

OH....and YES you are done growing.....Males usually are done growing by age 19.....BUT if you EAT more and Lift heavy weights ( eventually) You will increase in size....After about a month you should notice a difference in your size...

Keep in touch !
Hope I helped you OUT
