Default Weight Lose

Hello. This is my first time at this site, but i have a question to ask and it is worrying me alot. I am 17 years old about 5ft 9inch's and i weigh 16 stone 2 pounds. I know i am very overweight and so i have got myself onto a good diet and will be starting the gym soon. Here is my problem. I had all this weight on before but managed to lose it and get down to 9 stone, but due to things going on in my life i have put it back on. The thing is i am worried that by losing this weight i will be left with loose skin, as i already have streach marks over my body and under my arms. Do u know how likely it would be that i will be left with loose skin?. Thanks.

First of all I don't know anyone who doesn't have stretch marks somewhere on their body.................Women can get stretch marks from the breasts growing too quickly...........you can get stretch marks on your outer thigh from growing too rapidly...........and most women do get stretch marks when they are pregnant...............for obvious reasons....so don't get all twirly about stretch marks........WE all have a different amount of elasticity in our skin too........and the more fair skinned you are the more visible the stretch marks will be.

Now..........loose skin.............Ok.......usually if you lose a great deal of weight very quickly.........like on a fad diet you will have loose skin only because your body needs time to remold itself into its new shape. If you lose weight quickly............without doing any muscle strengthening chances are you will have looser skin....and again it really depends on your genetics.........some people naturally have a lot of muscle to begin with.

So.............Lose the weight slowly..........about 1-2 lbs a week....THAT is 50lbs a year...........and lift weights..........and take a cardio class at least 3 days a week!! Count your calories...........Calories are everything!!! Make sure you are getting your fuel from all sources.....veggies, fruit, protein, carbs, fat, dairy,............water........
Great question!!!

dance17 u want to lose 30-40pounds? that is not good for your boyd..

My recommend!! try dont eat too much.. keep those SNACK , Junk Food away (Chips, chocolate, candy, etc). ALot of expert recommend that eat breakfast, then lunch(eat much as you can of course no overdo and Dinner(never eat too much)

By the way 5foot 9inch with 169pound isn't that fat.. i think you can do some exercise,
