i am 39 years old. i am having 55 kg. weight and 5 ft. height. i want to reduce my tummy. the length in inches is 38. i do 100 abs. ( 50 of upper ab and 50 for lower part) everyday. i do different exercises like leg raises, squats (20) , 10 minutes cardio on walker and cycle. i do chest workout with 1kg dumbbells once a week.
3 sets of 10 each. like biceps,triceps etc .etc. i have balls on outer thighs also please suggest me the exercise for my tummy. - meenal. |
